Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight process.
